Shreyas Gupta

Shreyas Gupta is a Director focused on merger arbitrage and event-driven equities. Mr. Gupta joined Taconic in 2024. Prior to joining Taconic, Mr. Gupta was a portfolio manager at Pentwater Capital and Sandell Asset Management and an analyst at Barington Capital Group and Third Avenue Management. Earlier in his career he worked in business development at Miradiant Global Network and as an associate at Starwood Capital Group. Mr. Gupta earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
