Madeleine Rice

Madeleine Rice is Director of Research & Head of ESG. Ms. Rice joined Taconic in 2010 as Research Manager, and became Director of Research in 2012. In 2022, Ms. Rice became Director of Research & Head of ESG. In that role, Ms. Rice has been responsible for the development and implementation of Taconic’s ESG and Responsible Investment policies. She chairs Taconic’s ESG and Trading Brokerage & Allocation committees and serves on the Counterparty Risk, Business Continuity Plan committee and Diversity & Inclusion council. She is a member of the MFA ESG Working Group, the SBAI Responsible Investment working group, and 100 Women in Finance’s ESG Peer Advisory Group. Prior to joining Taconic, Ms. Rice worked at Deutsche Bank, ABN Amro, and Kidder, Peabody & Co. Ms. Rice received her B.A. in English and Art History from Georgetown University.
