Carol Lee

Carol Lee is a Director and Special Counsel focused on investments involving litigation, including litigation finance. Ms. Lee joined Taconic in 2007 as General Counsel. She is a member of the Council of the American Law Institute and contributed to ALI publications on a wide variety of legal issues. Prior to joining Taconic Ms. Lee was Vice President and General Counsel of the International Finance Corporation (part of the World Bank Group), General Counsel of the Export-Import Bank of the United States, and was an associate and then Partner at Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering (now known as WilmerHale). She served as law clerk to the Honorable Justice John Paul Stevens of the U.S. Supreme Court of the United States, and Judge J. Skelly Wright of the D.C. Circuit. Ms. Lee graduated from Yale University, the University of Oxford, and Yale Law School.
