Flaurine St. Louis is Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Flaurine St. Louis is Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. St. Louis is a member of AIMA’s U.S. Regulatory committee and the MFA’s Trading, Markets, & Financial Instruments and Advisers, Management, and Operations Steering committees in addition to being a member of the Economic Club of New York. She joined Taconic in 2008 as a Compliance Officer and became Chief Compliance Officer in 2017. Prior to joining Taconic, she worked at Robeco as an associate vice president and compliance officer. Previously, she was a compliance consultant for Smith Barney at Citigroup, an intern with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and a law clerk with the Temple Law Offices in Washington D.C. Ms. St. Louis received a B.A. and B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from Bucknell University and a J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law.
