Flaurine St. Louis is Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Flaurine St. Louis is Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. St. Louis serves on Taconic’s Portfolio Risk Management, Trading and Brokerage Allocation, Valuation, Business Continuity Plan, and Cybersecurity committees, the Business Infrastructure Group, and the Diversity & Inclusion council. She is a member of AIMA’s U.S. Regulatory committee and the MFA’s Trading, Markets, & Financial Instruments and Advisers, Management, and Operations Steering committees in addition to being a member of the Economic Club of New York. She joined Taconic in 2008 as a Compliance Officer and became Chief Compliance Officer in 2017. Prior to joining Taconic, she worked at Robeco as an associate vice president and compliance officer. Previously, she was a compliance consultant for Smith Barney at Citigroup, an intern with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and a law clerk with the Temple Law Offices in Washington D.C. Ms. St. Louis received a B.A. and B.S. in Business Administration and Economics from Bucknell University and a J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law.
