Joseph Cantatore

Joseph Cantatore is Global Head of Tax and Real Estate Accounting responsible for overseeing and developing Taconic’s tax planning, strategies, and compliance globally as well as Taconic’s global real estate accounting and reporting function. He serves as a member of the Business Infrastructure Group and also serves on the board of managers for various Taconic investment subsidiaries in Luxembourg. Mr. Cantatore joined Taconic in 2013 as a Tax Associate. He became a Tax Manager in 2016, Tax Director in 2018 and Global Head of Tax and Real Estate Accounting in 2022. Prior to joining Taconic, Mr. Cantatore worked at Ernst & Young. He earned a B.S. in Accounting and an M.S. in Taxation, cum laude, from St. John’s University and was awarded the Bronze Award of Accounting while attending St. John’s Peter J. Tobin College of Business. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
